I went through a stage when I stopped painting. To get going again I tried something abstract. This is it, straight from the heart. No plan at all. It came from how I felt at the time.

This beach is typical of my favourite type of beach. I truly love the wide open space of a wind swept beach. This one at St Ouen is particularly dramatic and I took many photo’s of it to record the the lighting and panoramic space.

This painting is very serene and has an underwater feel to it. What ever the thoughts are, they are very calm peaceful ones.

This painting just grew itself. I had no idea what it was going to be. It is very fluid and reminds me of grass seeds and flower buds.
